Rhodes: High-Speed Boat to Symi Island & Saint George's Bay

Before you book

• Where you board depends on the option: Mandraki Harbour in Rhodes Town, Kolymbia harbour, Lardos or Pefkos, or Vlycha Bay by Lindos. Hotel transfers from Faliraki, Kallithea, Ixia, Kremasti and Kolymbia are an option at checkout; if you drive to Mandraki, the listing suggests arriving an hour early because parking is limited.
• The listing gives about an hour out to Symi, three hours of free time there and a 30-minute swim stop in Saint George's Bay, which in late September and October comes on the way out. The captain can change the route or the swim stop for the weather.
• No meal is included: the listing calls lunch at a Symi taverna optional. Tips are not included.
• Scheduled ferries also link Rhodes and Symi: Dodekanisos Seaways has sailed daily from Kolona port since 1 April 2026, and Blue Star, SAOS and Sebeco Lines also serve the island, with crossings of about 45 minutes to an hour and a half. This boat adds the swim stop, a choice of boarding points and the transfer option.
