Kefalonia: Melissani, Myrtos, Fiscardo & Wine Tasting

Before you book
- Pickup is from hotels, but not from Lixouri (join at Argostoli port), Agia Efimia, Sami, Fiskardo or Assos. The listing does not recommend the day for cruise passengers.
- Not included: the cave fees, paid on site, lunch in Fiskardo, and extra food and drinks. As of October 2026 the Municipality of Sami charges adults €10 for Melissani and €6 for Drogarati, ages 6 to 18 pay €5 and €3, and under-6s go free. Included: the Robola tasting and a tasting of honey, olive oil and other local products.
- Drogarati has about 150 steep steps, per the listing, and the Melissani rowing boats are shared, with waits in July and August; swimming in the lake is not allowed. Not suitable for people with mobility impairments, and mobility scooters and non-folding or electric wheelchairs are not allowed.
- The first stop is the monastery of Agios Gerasimos, the island's patron saint, a place of worship: dress for it and keep quiet inside. Myrtos is a viewpoint stop above the beach, where a landslide on 9 July 2026 led to signs that ban umbrellas or sitting near the foot of the cliff.
- Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
