Hydra Island: Full Day Trip From Nafplio with Swimming
Before you book
- This trip starts and ends in Nafplio, at the memorial to the French Philhellenes: about two hours by coach each way to Metochi, on the mainland, then a sea taxi across to Hydra.
- The sea-taxi tickets are not in the price: €20, a €5 booking fee plus the €15 fare, so bring cash. Lunch, sunbeds and umbrellas are extra too.
- Cars and motorbikes are not allowed on Hydra (GNTO); people get around on foot or by donkey. Not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.
- Bring a passport or ID card; no food or drinks on the coach. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
