From Argostoli: Melissani Lake & Drogarati Caves Tour

Before you book
- Pickup is from 15 listed points in and around Argostoli, including points in Lassi, the Lixouri ferry and the cruise terminal; pickups outside Argostoli add travel time. Driving totals about 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Entry to both caves is included. As of October 2026 the Municipality of Sami charges adults €10 for Melissani and €6 for Drogarati, which is open in 2026. The Melissani boat ride is shared and lasts 10 to 15 minutes.
- The caves have steps and uneven ground, and the tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. In July and August, and when several cruise ships call at Argostoli, expect queues at the entrances.
- The Myrtos stop is a viewpoint above the beach. On the beach itself, a landslide on 9 July 2026 led to signs that ban umbrellas, sunbeds or sitting near the foot of the cliff.
- Not included: food and drinks. Cancellation, as listed: “Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.”
